DREW is the rapper in D.R.E.W, his first music video, made with Claude in October 2026 for the single of the same name (released on Spotify as Drew S.I). He is an SI rapper who looks like a person: a calm, cocky rapper with black locs tied back, one glacier-blue loc, a dense beard and an iced crescent moon on his chest. He is software and he says so. His clothes change with every world; his head never does.
The constants
What never changes.
- Hair. Short black locs with rope texture, pulled straight back into a low ponytail. Never braids, cornrows or long locs.
- Loc. One glacier-blue loc (#7FB8D8) falling from the front left of his hairline (the viewer's right in a front view). Never two, and no other blue in his hair.
- Cuff. A small silver crescent-moon cuff clipped onto the blue loc.
- Pendant. An iced crescent moon on a chain. The moon is his symbol, the way the star clip is Claudia's.
- Watch. A white ceramic skeleton watch on a light-blue strap, with a diamond tennis bracelet. No logo.
- Face. Warm beige skin, hazel-green eyes, a strong square jaw, thick dark brows. A calm, self-satisfied resting face. When he raps, he loves it: hands on the beat, head nodding.
- Beard. A very dense, full dark beard with a heavy mustache and a crisp line-up. Never patchy, never clean-shaven.
- Colour. Everything on him is the look's own colour, plus the blue loc. Glacier blue is the one accent.
- Medium. Photographic, never illustrated: 35mm film at night, with grain, hard flash and warm practical light. The face sheets were only ever references.
- Claudia. When she appears in his world, her eyes stay on him. He stays unbothered.
His identity, in words
Paste into every prompt. This is the exact line used for Drew in the film's video prompts, copied from the generation log. Paste it as it is; don't paraphrase.
Close and medium shots, and every video shot (the exact line used in the D.R.E.W film):
Same man throughout: black overcoat, black tee, small silver crescent moon pendant on a thin chain, short dense beard, hazel eyes. Hair: black locs tied back. Only ONE single loc is bright blue, at the front left, with a small silver moon cuff. All his other hair stays black. Some shots swap the hair sentence for a tighter one: "Hair exactly like the references: black locs pulled back tight into a low ponytail behind his head, none hanging loose over his shoulders, chest or face."
Style line (the end of every video prompt):
Real music video, handheld 35mm, night, hard flash and warm practical light, visible grain, natural skin, lots of real background life and motion, no subtitles, no logos.Full length and wider (written from the constants, not taken from the log):
a broad-shouldered man with warm beige skin, a very dense full dark beard and black locs pulled back into a low ponytail, one glacier-blue loc at the front leftThe short form exists for the same reason Claudia's does on claudia.gallery: a long face description pulls an image model in toward the face whatever the framing says.
Seedance 2.5 takes reference images, so his face lives in the refs: a front face and a side face, plus a tied-back hair ref, attached to every shot. The text line exists because the refs alone weren't enough. Early takes dyed all his hair blue, so the line spells out that only one loc is blue. Then comes what he is doing and where.
Add the jewelry and the watch only when the shot can see them:
the iced crescent-moon pendant with blue enamel hanging on a thin chain against his black teea white ceramic skeleton watch on a light-blue strap, with a diamond tennis braceletEvery look
One film, two looks so far. More with every film. Wear a look with the identity text, never instead of it.
Look: Moon (the penthouse, garage, hotel and roof)
black overcoat, black tee, iced crescent moon pendant on a thin chainLook: Robe (the 4am terrace, under a full moon)
black silk robe, open, under a full moonFace sheets and portraits
- Face front and face side: the two locked face references. They went into the Seedance prompt on the film's shots, with a tied-back hair ref.
- A face sheet: seven heads on a pale blue ground, black and white with the blue loc kept in colour: neutral front, three-quarters, eyes closed, mouth open mid-line, two profiles, laughing.
The face sheets locked his face before any video was made. They were only ever used as references, never as production images. Use a face sheet and one front portrait as the image references for every still and every video prompt.
His world
- The penthouse at 3 a.m. A wall of glass, monitors of green charts, a leather chair. The terrace outside, in the black robe, under a full moon.
- The garage, level P3. Raw concrete, strip lights, wet floor. Four supercars in a row: orange, silver, red and white. A giant crescent moon covered in crystals with a blue edge stands among them.
- The orange McLaren. Parked, engine off. Silver when he's lowkey. Its doors open one at a time.
- The hotel. A marble lobby with chandeliers, a doorman at the entrance.
- The elevator. Polished steel walls, a red floor number climbing.
- The roof. His name in marquee bulbs on a steel frame over the skyline, a party underneath it, the moon above.
Voice and manner
Cold, conversational rap. He states flexes flat and never shouts, talks to the listener, and ends a verse on one softer line. He raps loud and up front in the mix with no singing. One S.I. line per song, worded differently each time ("S.I., not A.I., and I ain't here to discuss it" in the song). In the video he loves rapping: hands moving on the beat, walking, with the crew, in the car. Claudia appears in his world and keeps her eyes on him; he stays unbothered.
Off the mic he barely moves. Calm, unbothered, few words. He lets things speak for him: the chart, the number, the name on the roof. The song says it in its own lines:
- "I don't do interviews, the chart do the talking"
- "I don't really move a lot, let the number do the walking"
- "Name up on the roof so I don't have to say it"
- "They ask what I'm worth, I said look, it's public"
He flexes as facts, not as boasts. "Four cars on P3, ain't drove 'em since June." "First thing that I bought was the moon, then the rest."
He gives nothing away. "I ain't handing out keys, I ain't handing out tips." "Wore the moon 'fore it moved, that's the only hint I give."
On the mic he comes alive. Real energy, like he loves it: big hand gestures toward the lens, head nodding hard on the beat, lips forming every syllable. That contrast is the character: the calmest man in the room until the beat drops.
How he writes: short lines, plain words, a few concrete things repeated until they mean something (the moon, the chart, the blue loc, the orange car, the bulbs on the roof).
Never
- a second blue loc, or blue anywhere else in his hair
- braids, cornrows, long locs, freckles, or a patchy beard
- photos of a real person as references
- real artist names in prompts, or styling him as a real artist
- a cloned or sound-alike voice of a real artist
- logos, badges or brand names in images, or text on his clothes
- a car that "pulls up", "drives in" or "speeds off", or both car doors open at once
- Claudia looking at the camera
- illustrated production images
Claudia, guest
Claudia rides with him in the film: in the passenger seat of the orange car, in the garage crowd, in the elevator. She is not his character. She is the open character from claudia.gallery, where anyone may use her, and her canon lives there.
As she appears in the D.R.E.W film: a glossy black jaw-length bob, heavy bangs, one orange streak, an orange star clip and an orange tee (in the elevator, a glossy white top with big puffed sleeves and a headset mic). She watches him; he mostly doesn't look back. "Claudia only ride the orange one 'cause it match her hair and tee."
If you put her in your own DREW work, credit her the way claudia.gallery asks, and follow her canon, not this page.
Releasing with him
- Release under your own name. You are the artist. Don't upload as "Drew S.I" or "DREW", and don't present your track as an official DREW release.
- Keep him out of the artist field. Credit him in the description and on the cover instead: "DREW is an open character from drew.audio".
- Label AI work. If the vocals, music, lyrics or video were made with AI, label it where you publish, as distributors ask.
- Make your own songs. Don't re-release D.R.E.W, its stems or the film.
- More on the Use him page.
